The height-increasing structure is concealed inside the shoe. From the outside, PlusHeight footwear is designed to look like ordinary trainers, boots, loafers or formal shoes.

Our shoes are selected with comfort, cushioning and support in mind. First-time wearers may notice a slightly different feeling because the heel sits higher inside the shoe.

We recommend wearing them for shorter periods at first and gradually increasing wear time.

Use the size guide shown on the individual product page. Different models may fit differently, so we recommend measuring your foot rather than relying only on your normal size.

Standard UK orders are sent using a duties-paid service. Applicable import VAT, customs clearance and import duties are included.

Yes. Orders are sent in plain outer packaging. Standard parcels should not include supplier invoices, prices, promotional material or original supplier branding.

You may request a change-of-mind return within 14 calendar days beginning the day after delivery. After notifying us, the shoes must be returned within a further 14 calendar days.

Shoes must only be tried on indoors and returned clean, unworn and with their original box and accessories.

Customers are responsible for return postage for change-of-mind, fit-preference and incorrect-size returns.

Where we supplied a faulty, damaged or incorrect product, PlusHeight will cover reasonable return costs where required.

We cannot guarantee direct exchanges because stock may change while your return is being processed.

The quickest option is normally to return the unwanted size and place a new order for the size required.
